Shipped a no-code partner portal in three weeks that sourced $1.2M in pipeline

The challenge

Agencies wanted to refer clients, but referrals arrived by email and got lost. Engineering had the portal on the roadmap for the following year.

What I did

1. Wrote a one-page spec with partnerships and got sign-off on scope in a single meeting
2. Built the portal in Bubble with Airtable as the partner database and Zapier syncing deals to HubSpot
3. Created a co-marketing kit and an AI-assisted pitch generator partners could use with their clients
4. Recruited the first 18 agencies through a webinar series
