Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Showroom (showroomus.com, "we") collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: turnerbrandonk23@gmail.com.
What we collect

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days, and one cookie that remembers how you found Showroom for up to 30 days, so it can be saved on your account if you sign up.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, the text you're working on is sent to Anthropic, using your own API key, to generate a draft. Anthropic handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Showroom: Netlify (hosting and storage), Resend (sign-in and notification emails), Google and Microsoft (if you sign in with them), and Anthropic (AI features, as above). We'll share information if the law requires it.
Emails
We send sign-in links and, when someone likes your page, at most one email per person per day.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your account while it's open. To delete your account and everything on it, email turnerbrandonk23@gmail.com from your account's address and we'll delete it within 30 days. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Visit counts are kept by month.
Security
API keys are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.
Children
Showroom isn't for anyone under 16.
Your choices
You can edit or remove anything on your page at any time in the studio, remove your API key, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights; email us to use them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the studio or by email.
