Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Showroom (showroomus.com, "we"). By creating an account or using Showroom, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. One person per account, and your page link must not impersonate anyone.
2. Your content
You own what you put on Showroom. You give us permission to host, display and copy it as needed to run the service, including showing your public page to anyone with the link. You're responsible for having the right to post it, including work samples from past employers, logos and other people's photos. Don't post anything confidential that belongs to someone else.
3. Honesty
Showroom is a career portfolio, so what you say about your work should be true. Don't post false credentials, fake recommendations or misleading claims.
4. AI features
AI features run on your own Anthropic API key, and you're responsible for Anthropic's charges and for following Anthropic's terms. AI output is a draft: check it before you publish it. You own what you publish, and you're responsible for it.
5. What's not allowed
No illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content; no spam in guestbooks or recommendations; no malware, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service or get into other people's accounts.
6. Removing content and accounts
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Showroom at any time and ask us to delete your account.
7. The service
Showroom is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features. Keep your own copies of anything important.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is more.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the studio or by email before the change applies. Using Showroom after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Questions: turnerbrandonk23@gmail.com.
